Each project is executed based on an approved proposal, quotation, agreement, or statement of work. Any features, revisions, or services outside the approved scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.

• ✓ Prices are subject to revision before project confirmation.
• ✓ Taxes, government charges, domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party subscriptions, API charges, and licensing costs may be billed separately unless explicitly included.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and project requirements.
• Submit content, images, branding assets, and approvals within reasonable timelines.
• Review deliverables promptly.
• Ensure ownership or legal rights for all provided materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

*Note: Unauthorized resale, redistribution, duplication, or commercial reuse of proprietary development assets is strictly prohibited.

Anonymous Devs may include a development credit in the website footer or application credits unless otherwise agreed in writing. Removal of such credit may require an additional commercial agreement.

Projects may utilize third-party products including hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, cloud services, AI providers, email services, analytics platforms, and external integrations.

Anonymous Devs is not responsible for:

• • Service discontinuation
• • Security incidents originating from third-party providers

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, code samples, images, videos, icons, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

Anonymous Devs treats confidential client information with reasonable care. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose confidential business information, proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, or technical documentation without written permission.

Support services are provided according to the applicable project agreement or maintenance plan. Unless covered under an active AMC or support contract, future modifications, maintenance, upgrades, or troubleshooting may incur additional charges.

Anonymous Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

*Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
